Funeral Photography

Being a funeral photographer involves sensitively seeking out moments of compassion and support as everyone gathers to say goodbye. The gathering of family and friends, expressions of kindness, and smiles at stories told—all are worth preserving in images. These photographs allow you to appreciate special moments and details you may miss at the time, and to remember the effort you and others put in to celebrating and honoring a loved one's life.

When photographing a funeral, I work carefully to be discreet and respectful, documenting the occasion as it naturally unfolds without disturbing the proceedings. My aim is to capture the day's essence, the setting, and the details for you, as family and friends pay tribute.

Pricing

Standard coverage - $800

•Up to two hours at a service or other gathering
•Photo editing (post-processing) 
•Private online gallery to view all edited photos and download digital files for printing or sharing

Extended coverage - $175 per hour for additional shooting time and for travel time to additional locations

You are welcome to share the images online and make prints or a photo book with the digital files you download.
